Don't buy it's a con purchased lifetime office 365 after 6 months you can't use Microsoft determind office 365 is unotherised and and will delete in 30 days. I contacted them and they said they were no longer in business.

I placed an order on 27.06.2023. I received the email with the license, but the license was not what I ordered (advertise an Office 365 account with 5 devices and 5 TB of cloud strage; but there is only 1TB available). I returned the license with the initial login data and asked for the money back. KEYSMIX's answer was "It takes 10 to 14 days max to receive refund". Although more than 14 days have passed, I have not received the money back. I sent several emails without any response. I tried to chat with someone, but ... no answer! Conclusion: Do not buy from this website! They are just scammers!

They are scammers They send you the account and after a short period they cancel it I bought the 5 devices office 365 from this website and they sent me the email and password I used the account with Office 365 and it worked. last week it didn't work and when I tried to sign in with the same account I got that this account doesn't exist

I had a very bad experience with this store. They advertise an Office 365 account with 5 devices and 5 TB of cloud strage; but there is only 1TB available. When I contacted the support about the misleadin advertisement, they were very nasty and removed the lifetime support. They send me several very agressive whasapp messages and thraetened me with losing my account, which they did today, in complete disrrespect to the buyer and owner of the account . At this moment I have no access to my account. Which mean they sell acounts but can take over anytime they please. Do not recomend at all

I didn't believe that such "customer relationship" still exists. I will be short: bought an Office 365 license that didn't offer what I expected (I don' say that didn't offer what they said it's just different form what I expected). When I requested to cancel the order and be refunded the customer support blamed me, that I didn't read the full description and that I am the issue :)). They say on the first page in the website "money back guarantee" but when you request this, the funny story begins. In my case they said it's my fault so what they can do the most is to refund only a part because of bank fees :)). That's what you understand by "money back guarantee"? I would say they got it wrong. If you truly want to buy something, be sure you won't need the money back. I've lost money and time (arguing with the support), be sure you won't do the same. It's a pity that these business still exists.

Hello sir why you lie about us !! we have 4.9/5 trustscore its clearly make no sense you are the only one face issue like this, and we are certified Microsoft resellers you can check our certification on website , you use the product , you change password , and after days you tell me you want full refund even that you use the product and you still using it , and change the password , like you want to keep the product and you want us to give you full refund ! even that no issue on product at all and you use it

Bought Office 2021 Professional Plus lifetime. Order #8181. Has so many glitches. Messes up all the time. I’d copy and paste on a doc and it would copy twice on top. I Emailed and whatsapped the company, no one answered me back for ages. Someone answered whatsapp and said i should check with Microsoft and nothing to do with them. They also argued back that I was attacking them. Do not buy anything, they are pretending to be victims of attacks. No genuine, honest company, talks like they have been victimised and attacked by others when confronted. These are not genuine products from Microsoft. Avoid!!!do not trust their products!!!
