Office 365 Fraud
Wrong advertisement, rude behavior, mocking from customer support. Purchased "Microsoft 365 Pro 2023 5PC/MAC 5TB Lifetime" a year before (June 13th 2023). Almost 9 months later, it stopped working. I sent an email on March 17th, explaining the situation and I received the following reply: "hello sir , do i send you invoice to pay the difference and send you new one , you have lifetime warranty on the price you pay before 8 euro , now it cost 11 euro + vat difference is 3 euro" They asked me to pay more for something that was advertised that it will only be purchased once and it'll work for lifetime. When I told them thay I've already paid for Office and I won't pay more for that, their reply was the following: "Sir its very simple you pay before 8 euro you have warranty on that 8 euro , proce now 11 euro , you want to pay the difference 3€ pay it , you dont want put also a review and go buy other place" I never paid the difference of course because, even if I did, there was no warranty that Office would work and that they wouldn't keep asking for more money every few months. Stay away from them, they're NOT to be trusted. As you can see, customer support is also awful. Bad communication skills and rude behavior. If you want to buy something like that, try buying directly from Microsoft (there are ways to buy it cheaper, just do your research before paying anything). DO NOT TRUST websites like that.
