I was holding a locked to AT&T iPhone 5S. I placed an unlocked order when the price was still $50. But it kept me waiting for over 3 months without any further information from it. They did not start to communicate to me until I asked for refund. After communications between us, I accepted the surcharge for continue the unlock with the express service, as they told me the original price could not cover the cost for unlocking iPhone 5S. Finally, my phone was unlocked in 4 days after I paid the extra charge. Advice to Keys2iPhone, if the cost of unlock has been changed, u have to tell the customers who placed orders before price changing. I think they are happy to know about that, and would like to choose to continue with paying the extra or get the refund. Still worthy to get 4 stars as the good communication and fast service.

I have a iPhone 4S I used to use for work. I tried with AT&T to unlock it but couldn't as it's not one of my personal phones.
