this company stayed true to what they advertized , unlocking the phone , i had tried several times with att to unlock my phone that was all paid for contract was over their site kept on denying me even the customer service could not get it going finally after 5 two hours phone calls i gave up and tried these guys and in two days my phone was unlocked . good work

I placed my order on 05/15/2014 and after I month of waiting without any update from the company, I sent them an email asking for a response. The reply was" A surcharge of $100 is required to unlock your iPhone…If you are not ready to pay the fee please reply to this email to request refund” to which I replied that I wanted a refund. So far I have not received any refund and it has been over 3 month from the initial order. Moreover, I have tried to contact them trough several emails in their website, but I have not receive any response.
