This company sold me a used key fob advertised to fit my vehicle. They are frauds. Avoid purchasing anything from them. Here's why: They took a circuit board from the fob of a different key and put it in the plastic shell case for the type of key I ordered. There is no way this would ever work for my vehicle because the circuit board is wrong, but it happened to fit the same case. They refused responsibility for selling a product that I did not order, and they refused to refund my purchase, even when confronted with facts. Excuses were made, so they admitted what they sent me was not the advertised key. Better Business Bureau rates this company F. You can read similar, horrible customer stories at the BBB entry for this company.

These people are crooks. They sell you a remote they know will not work your car. The dealer told me that used remotes cannot be reprogrammed. They knew that before they sold me the remote and didn't disclose. Total waste of money. When you sell something that you know doesn't work and can never work, that's fraud.

Sent me a beat up remote that barely works. The main two buttons clearly will not work much longer. Have to press hard and often twice to get them to work at all. Never will do business with them again.

This place is a scam. I was sold three keys with the guaranty they could be reprogramed. After contacting them to tell them that every single local locksmith has told me the keys cannot be reprogrammed they gave me a couple of locksmiths out of the area to call who could program them. Every one of the locksmiths I called, that were suggested by Keyless Remote Warehouse, said Keyless Remote Warehouse is a scam and they do not know why they would suggest them because the keys they sell cannot be reprogrammed. I was further told that I am not the first person who have had problems with them. Now I have to pay a 30% restocking fee which is over $250 just to send them back. They seem to make their money off restocking after selling faulty products.

They sent me a fob that was well beyond garbage, fob itself was well used and buttons were cracked. Couldn't get it to program so I sent it back. $118 I paid for it, and when I got refunded, I only got $77 back. In other words, I paid $40 and got nothing in return. Not to mention the cost of having to have it returned. These people are scammers, and most likely how they make their money. Beware of these people, do not buy from them.

Scammers gonna scam. This company is not legitimate. They will send you the wrong remote/fob and then play dumb when you contact their customer support (which is really trashy in their emails). Playing dumb is how they get you to send the remote back, to which they will either replace your remote/fob with another incorrect one, or refund you with a 30% restock fee. My suspicion is that this is how they make their money. They put minimal effort into maintaining the illusion of being a legitimate business, but they are fraudulent to the core. I also am very suspicious that this "business" is run entirely by one person, and there is no actual "warehouse". Stay away!!!
