Worse product you can buy online. They sold me a defective key fob that would lock the car but not UNlock the car. I was back and forth trying it get this product to work and wait days before a response from this company, with no availability. It was very frustrating, making it sound so easy. They couldnt solve anything and give a generic response to a question that I didn’t even send. They have a 1800 telephone number but no one answers the phone. I had to hire a locksmith to fix the issue only to find out they sold me a defective product without even testing it before it goes out. I can look past some of these issues BUT now I paid to have the key fob to be returned and now the company won’t even give me a full refund saying “ it’s their policy “, like selling a bad product is their policy? I should get a FULL refund from them. This is ridiculous.

They will sell you remote fobs that by part number and definition are what you need, but are the wrong item. This is deliberate, because when you need to return the item they will charge you 30% restock. This entire company is an elaborate scam that continues to take money from people and nobody is doing anything about it. It's pretty much run by some woman with a personality disorder and I hope they go to hell for it.

Big mistake purchasing a remote from this company. I went to the dealer to assure I'd have no problems and didn't mind paying the labor rate but after 2 hours, the dealer wasn't able to get the new FOB working. Tried to send it back but their return policy costs you 50% of the price and then you have to include postage. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering through them.

I ordered a remote fob for my 2000 Mazda Miata SE. KRW confirmed this was the correct remote for my car. Upon receipt I attempted to install/ activate the remote, following the exact instructions provided. It didn't work. I tried repeatedly with no success. I sent an e-mail to KRW Sales and explained my problem. They replied with the same installation instruction originally provided. Didn't work, again. I sent another e-mail, requesting reimbursement and rfob return instructions, but did not hear from them. Then I finally receive after yet another e-mail query their e-mail advising my that I had exceeded the 30 day warranty period for return/ reimbursement, and suggesting I try a local locksmith instead. Absolute total rip-off! The BBB also has many complaints like this and does not rate them other than bad.

Do not order from this website. They promote a promotion to buy two key fobs for a cheaper price and send useless, unprogrammable fobs. I purchased two, took them immediately to my local locksmiths, dealerships, etc. and all were unable to program the fobs. This took months to complete. Finally, a year later I found someone who was able to program the used fob (I purchased one used, one new) and they said the new fob was not meant for my car. I contacted the customer support line... USELSS, RUDE, and very unprofessional. I just wanted another fob and was willing to send the wrong, faulty one back (AND pay for my own shipping). The extremely rude lady on the phone would do nothing. She said its my fault I did not contact them in 30 days (meanwhile I have been trying for a year to program these stupid fobs). Save your money and avoid this scam of a company !

Complete and unadulterated ripoff!!

Not pleased at all. Ordered a key fob with 3 buttons. They sent one with 4. We didn't notice the issue until it was cut. They sent out what was supposed to be the correct key. The locksmith couldn't get it to program...it was the wrong chip or something. I returned both keys for a refund. Originally paid 45, when they finished with restocking fee, and cut key fee my refund was $11. Buy elsewhere.

People be warned do not buy from this rip off co. I wish I had done my due diligence and read their awful reviews before giving them my money! Purchased a USED autostart fob for $78, when I received it, the locksmith who tried to program it found that it did not work, even with changed batteries. This scam co, then charged a 30% restocking fee for returning their piece of crap product! I am reporting them.
