The initial experience on your website was not very good. It appeared that I couldn't purchase a keyfob unless I was a licensed locksmith. However, one of your agents responded in a timely manner and said I could purchase it. Then I went to checkout. Because I am not a licensed locksmith without a business account with Key4 I had to purchase the fob through PayPal. That wasn't apparent on the checkout page but I remembered the agent saying something about using PayPal and it worked. It wasn't a great checkout experience but with the agent's help I was able to get the right items (fob, emergency key) and received the order in a reasonable number of days.

I ordered a set of replacement transponder chips for a pair of fob on keys. They programmed easily. Fast shipping. Great experience overall.

Send key4 my vin # was the best option within a day they recommend the right fob. I had to go to the dealership to have it programed but it only took the tech a few minutes to program both fobs and cut the new keys.

Even though I wasn't a locksmith they sold me a key #12 for a 2004 corvette and it worked perfectly after having it cut locally. I did the research and knew it was a #12 from checking the omhs reading of the key I had. Great company to do business with
