Package came sealed but the inner sealer was partially open so powder was everywhere. Powder also hard not sure if that’s from the inner seal being broken

Used a discount code from a promo banner for new customers and as soon as the order was placed they emailed me a code for a bigger discount. Not the way to make a new customer feel valued! They did refund me the difference between the two codes when I complained but it felt like a bait and switch. Also the 30-day guarantee that’s touted across the site isn’t a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so if you open it and find you don’t like it - tough luck. They don’t sell sample sizes.

Many of the crisps are burnt and hard to eat out of the last 3/6 packets I received. It’s disappointing as these are quite expensive for what you get about half are not edible.

1/3+ per bag are brown... overcooked and don't taste good... you need to get the production process so that 100% are "yellow" and not overcooked. "brown"... I like the ones cooked right... but there are way to many overdone... at least in the first 2 bags I've tried. :)

I opened the package and ate 4-5 crisp s. They were delicious, but fatty. On the outside of the bag, it says "high fat." My daughter was here, and I gave her a few. About 30 minutes later, we both felt a little upset, and needed to visit the bathroom. This was quite a reaction; evidently I can't tolerate that level of fat in food. I would like to return them.

The product descriptions says it has 30 servings and that is not accurate. It has about 25-26. When paying a lot per dose, you would expect it to have the full amount.

I went on the website as a recommendation and was not able to get he coupon as it was advertised. I purchased numerous items and KETO meal was what I purchased. I am not happy at 250 calories a serving and 7 carbs and it does not mix as well as other items I have purchased. Keto BHB (cucumber -lime) and (orange-mango) seem like great products however they have a bad saccharin (stevia) after taste.
