It helped me lose the first 15 pounds but I have stalled out. I don't know if the smaller containers if shake mix are a different strength or what. They were smaller containers and the second order sent are large containers. If this third order of it doesn't help, then will switch to just a straight keto diet instead.

I was extremely excited to receive and get started on the KetoLogic program. Simple plan and easy to follow. My husband, sister and I all started together. After beginning the diet we all felt hungry after the shake meal replacement. I even switched up which meal to replace with the shake, and still felt hungry after consuming the shake. The drink option inbetween the meals did not help curve my appetite. I’m still on the plan pushing through but still not sure if I will continue on after my cycle on the plan ends. I am seeing results but still feel hungry and tired.

Product takes longer to arrive than expected and one of the items (FatBombs x2) were stale and hard and one of my favorite Keto snacks so very disappointed. Please update inventory so this does not happen again, as the shakes fine. The chocolate shake has a better texture and flavor than the vanilla by far!
