While everything tastes decent, all it is is flavored salt. I followed the directions as written drinking 2 BHB drinks a day over a 5 days period with 1 shake at lunch. I was so overloaded with salt that I was lethargic, couldn't think straight, could barely stay awake, plus my entire body was swollen from the water weight. Each drink had 1040mg of sodium with each shake adding 200mg more! People aren't supposed to intake more than 1500mg a day. Total scam, Don't waste your money.

Waste of money. I haven't notice any changes that the product claims.

Not enough help and the program is too confusing. Would like to return my purchases but no info given to do that. Disappointed.

Not seeing any kind of results

Unfortunately, this product doesn't help get my ketone levels any higher. I thought it would cut my cravings but it doesn't. Very disappointed for the price.

Did not receive merchandise that I ordered, so therefore I cannot review it.
