Please, please avoid this service. They are scammers, they do not advertise it as a subscription, and show it as a one off payment. Not to talk about lies, such as they stated in their advert that you can download your menu , which you can't.

I bought a 1 month plan and did receive the plan within hours. There were meal plans but no ingredient list and amounts or recipe to follow. I found it rather confusing and cancelled straight away and asked for a refund. They do not give refunds so make sure you know what you are buying so that you are not deceived. Waste of my money for sure!

NO STARS! This is a SCAM of the biggest order. I ordered in 9/2020. I cancelled but they took my PAYPAL payment. Have continued to take payment in 2021, 2022 and 2023. I have escalated my case to PayPal to no avail yet, because they keep providing my initial authorization. These SCAM artists do no answer any of my emails and I have no other way of contacting. Next step Im cancelling my PAYPAL account which is a big problem because theyre are other legitimate payments I need to reroute....

When you order 2 bottles for 39.99 then when your order arrives you have 5 for 199.99. I contacted my credit card co and told them I had been scammed. Took 3 months but I recovered ALL of my money.

I wish it were possible to give these scammers "no star". They copy some diet food recipes from available online sources and send them to you to download. They charge you $75 a year for it. There is no way to cancel your account online. You need to contact them via email. Then they drag their feet. They not only refuse to give you a refund, but they also charge you year after year automatically without notifying you. Finally, I had to reach out to my Credit Card company and have them put on the "do not renew" list. A very unethical group of people.

AVOID AVOID AVOID absolute scam. Looks like it will be £3 for a diet plan but i am partially sighted and they have in tiny small print that they will charge you loads. WON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR GIVE A REFUND. I had one really suspicious looking email from a company called refund.me who are also apparently SCAMMERS according to trust pilot. So heartbroken. PayPal don't seem to be protecting me despite me being completely taken advantage of. AVOID like the plague. May this company fold asap so they cant scam anybody else.
