I ordered a product. The product did not arrive. I contacted them and was told to get a "certificate of loss"from the post office. I went to the post office with my tracking number and told them this company is wanting a certificate of loss. Post office said that isn't a thing and the tracking number isn't valid either and sounds like a scam. Post office told me to ask for a valid tracking number and when I relayed this to the company I was told since I don't have proof of loss they can refund 10% and if that is okay. UHHHH NO. I've filed a claim with my bank. Don't order from this company.

This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. On anything I ordered a dragon lounger months ago with VIP shipping it takes a month or so looking at their tracking system if they told me I had to use from 17 tracking which they're not worth anything either it says the package was delivered there's never any package delivered here so I call and ask for one and they said oh it says it was delivered afraid not it was not delivered so then I emailed them he tells me that I need to contact the post office and find out where my package is well the post office tells me they never got any package and for one thing that's too large of a package to go through the US Post office so it would have to go through a other different carrier like UPS or FedEx but they won't let me know which carriers are providing and then he tells me that he'll only give me 10% of my money back because I don't have proof that it was not delivered how the f*** am I supposed to have proof when I don't even know what carrier he used so then I explain this to him and his word is well we are both at a loss so I give you 20% of your money back b******* you give me all my money back worst company ever.I

This site is a total SCAM! I ordered a small chair, but it was never delivered. I said "DELIVERED" on 1/15/2025, but it was NOT. I emailed customer service several times, but never received a response. What a shame! I guess I will never get that $$$ back.

Thank God, I read the reviews before ordering. those scammers are posting nice shit to attract people than the next thing, they steal your identity your money, and fake products so sad to leave on a daily bases thanking about stealing or robbing people what a shame. they even have the Trustpilot to hack you how unhuman they are, God doesn't like UGLY.

I made an order on November 30th for a hard to find Nutcracker and I diligently checked the website to track it. That seemed to be going a little slow but smooth, then I check on 12/25 and it said it was delivered to me on December 23rd...the only problem is that I was home all day. Of course it is challenging to call anyone on Christmas day. I will call my bank to let them know it is a fraudulent website.

Scam! I ordered a chair for my daughter for Christmas with fast shipping and I got a China post tracking number that said it delivered to my town and when I emailed them about it they wouldn’t tell me who the shipping company was even when I asked repeatedly. Then I tried to contact them and I could no longer send them emails. They clearly blocked me so I disputed the charge. Do not order anything from this website!
