You do your best to get your merchandise to you quickly. When you order the wrong item you always take returns and refund your money so you can order correct items.

My hair has so much volume now!
My hair has so much fullness when I started using Keranique products. It looks so much better than I thought possible. My hair is fine and thin! Love my hair now!

I needed to skip a few shipments…
I needed to skip a few shipments because I have short hair so it was so easy to contact the subscription service and they immediately changed it and I’m good to go. Great customer service.

I use to use your product a few years back.I had to stop dew to my husband .Dang..I just wrote a book an ran out of room..lol. I love the product Your advertising is great not real pushy an the way you show everything to help people ❤️
