I never subscripted and Im still…
I never subscripted and Im still receiving products and taking money from my account. I sent multiple emails to customer service still sending me products. Please again stop cashing me from my account btw I have not received anything and if I do I wont pay because I have been sending multiple emails also I have an email frm you telling me that I dont have subscription, so? why you still sending me products?

I tried to reach the company about the…hair loss - massive!
I tried to reach the company about the HAIR LOSS that started when I started using the product - it was massive and very unnerving...no response - just more ads and more product marketing...I sent pictures and nothing......very upset and very angry really - my hair shed more in the one week that I used the product than it did in 6 months without it....no answer from your team - I cancelled

Poor results
The product made my scalp itchy and my hair feel chalky . I'm so disappointed, I've been trying to find some kind of solution for my hair for a long time .

Don’t buy from here
Placed an order on 3/24 and received confirmation. Then radio silence. I called them yesterday and they said they didn’t have it in stock. So why do you sell something you don’t have in stock? I called my bank to dispute the claim and I sent Keranique a message stating I had contacted my bank. I received a tracking number later the same day. The label was created but no item sent. Never again. Deserves 0 stars

Return the shipment and still was charged for it and they have no record of my return.
Sorry to say, but this product does not work for my hair. Return to it a shipment and they said they never received it and they’ve been charging me. Customer service is not all that great either. I’ve been charged $58 and change twice already after returning the product, they are ripped off people. I’m being generous by giving them a one star

I used these products on my hair with…
I used these products on my hair with disastrous results!!! My hair became sticky and somewhat matted to the point where I could hardly get a brush or comb through it. I continued to use the products 3 more times with the same results so I decided to return the products following the directions included on the invoice. It basically said that if I was dissatisfied to return the products to avoid further payments or for a full refund. When I called customer service, they wanted me to pay the balance of my subscription ($107.14) and there was no offer for a refund. I refused to pay the subscription cost and had argue with him about what the agreement said. But bottom line I still ending up paying for the return shipment which is typically done by the company you've filed a complaint about. This company does not care about the customer at all!!!

No apology or explanation for why they…
No apology or explanation for why they they sent a message (with tracking) saying they had shipped it almost a month ago and yet ups tracking said it was never received by them. The attitude was lousy. Got my money back and will try different product… btw turns out it sells cheaper on Amazon and they. Have better delivery
