They seem to offer great promotions but they are just scams. They will have hidden fees and will not follow thru with the prices you are given when you first sign up. Do not trust this company.

I subscribed to KERAVITIN, I never received the confirmation by email, I've only seen the money goes from my account, the product never arrived, when I cancel it at their website it appear the product was shipped and I have a balance of $99.90. I didn't receive it and I didn't have any return for my emails. Now I have to pay for something I never received? Last customer support was an idiot, trying to explain the situation and not help in anything. Horrible experience! This company is as fake as they come and I was too dumb to check and make sure they were legit. If it arrive at my address I'll return, block them in my credit card and report them to Bureau of Consumer

I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago. I received the product and haven't seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service. But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card!!! Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up! Never connect with this company! Have to change my card.... Horrible experience!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I'm not one to leave a bad review but I feel that you, the consumer needs to know. After taking these for only a couple weeks, I noticed my pants were tight and the scale went up a few pounds. I thought, that's weird because, I am not eating out, I'm eating very healthy, I'm excersizing and I'm not socially drinking anymore all due to a pandemic.. how could I be gaining weight?? Also, I noticed a ton of hair fall in the tub after my shower. More than normal. Double to be exact. I will post pictures. So, I started my research... there is something in these pills called Selenium. Selenium can cause weight gain and basically messes with your thyroid. Not good. So I stopped taking them. Days later, I am 3 lbs down, not boated, and after showering, I had a normal amount of hair in the drain. I understand everyone is different and maybe they will work for you, but I just wanted to share my experience. The company blocked me from all social media for commenting this review. The truth hurts I guess

STAY AWAY, SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Even if you opt out of the subscription after the first paypent, the fine print says you owe them $107 and they have the right to continue to bill you. I put this on my Amex and they have been fighting my chargeback dispute saying I agreed to being charged again despite the fact that THEY NEVER SENT A SECOND SHIPMENT. It's in the FINE PRINT that they can charge you even when you cancel. SCAM SCAM SCAM! And to make it worse, I saw the same product in CVS store recently at a cheaper price.

Horrible product. When I washed my hair it turned into a bird's nest! It took everything to get the conditioner through it.

They have the worst customer service. They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card! Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges. I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait. I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps. Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working. Okay. Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product. Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice. SCAMMERS!!!
