I am very happy with my Kensone rebounder and especially with the customer service I received from the company. My experience getting it here was definitely a bit of an adventure! My first rebounder was lost in transit, and Kensone replaced it and even sent the second one by expedited shipping. Unfortunately, that one arrived damaged and could not be used. Kensone was very helpful throughout the process and promptly refunded my money. I looked at rebounders from several other companies, but I kept coming back to Kensone because I really liked that their rebounder arrives almost fully assembled. That was very important to me, and I decided to give them one more try. Before placing my third order, I contacted the company to ask if they offered any kind of discount for a returning customer. They very generously gave me a 30% discount, which I truly appreciated. My third rebounder has now arrived, I put it together, and it works great! It is exactly what I was hoping for, and I am very happy with my purchase. Things don't always go perfectly with shipping, but what impressed me was how Kensone handled the problems. They were responsive, helpful, and willing to make things right. I really appreciate their customer service and their generosity in giving me the returning-customer discount. After all of that, I am very glad I decided to give Kensone one more try. I would happily recommend both the rebounder and the company!

My Kensone trampoline is a high quality product I use everyday for my lymphatic system and it really makes a difference. The company is responsive and very helpful. They stand by their products and I highly recommend them.

My trampoline has had some issues holding together and has broken apart (1 leg at a time but without any accidents/injuries or collapse) a couple of times. Each time this has happened Kensone customer support was beyond helpful to assist with parts for repair and ultimately replacement - thanks again, Coco & team Kensone!

As stated: Very Pleasantly Surprised Admittedly I am not a fan of owner’s manuals. Or following instructions as a whole. Life choices. But this was so easy to put together “by myself”’ that I actually reviewed the instructions afterwards just to be sure. Piece. Of. Cake. It’s solid. It’s quiet. It doesn’t move. I made it a point NOT to overdo on my initial attempt. I got the 48” and have been rebounding daily. I even do my yoga and stretches on it. My favorite exercise is sitting and bouncing while I watch TV. A basic low impact move-it-or-lose-it routine with a positive effect all over my body. I love getting very creative with my equipment. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

The first time I bought a Kensone rebounder, they shorted me 2 suction cups (only sent 6, for an 8 leg rebounder). Eventually got it resolved (took a while as they were closed for Chinese New Year) and figured oh well, mistakes happen no big deal. I just ordered one for my friend in NC, 8 legs - and guess what THEY SHORTED HER TWO CUPS AS WELL! So this is a recurring theme. This is a SAFETY ISSUE - you cannot use your rebounder if you don't have suction cups on all legs! VERY DISAPPOINTING. ****HOWEVER - when I contacted them this time, they were VERY RESPONSIVE - emailed me right back, very apologetic and have done everything in their power to put it right! They are TOP NOTCH with their customer service - so initially I had given them just 1 stars, but the way they responded and how they put things right - definitely puts them at 5 stars again. The rebounder itself is fantastic - it's only the suction cup thing that was an issue - but it's resolved - great job Kensone!

For one thing, rebounding is fun! I am just bouncing, nothing fancy. It's calming. I had a leg come damaged, but the staff, led by Coco, was so easy to work with. I was sent new legs and I am enjoying bouncing now! I got the handle and it's reassuring to have available. Thanks! Delorus

Kensone is an A+++ company and product. I’m new to rebounding. I’m a senior citizen recovering from knee surgery and someone recommended rebounding to help me w strength, balance and mobility. The rebounder is simple to put together and very nicely made. We were impressed with the quality. I did have a small issue but the customer service is beyond excellent - they are accommodating and kind - And fixing my issue for me. I highly recommend this rebounder and the company! Thank you! This is my review for today’s experience with Kensone….I just want to say that Kensone has gone above and beyond with customer service! If I could give 10 stars I would. They exemplify what every business should aspire to become and I hope that the company skyrockets in sales and is a huge success!
