Terrible customer service. The bra did not fit, and I asked to return or exchange it, and after three weeks of back-and-forth emails with them they said it was not returnable or exchangeable because it was delivered in good condition. Do not buy from this company.

Same as everyone else. Purchased bras. Bras arrived and not as depicted in video. Ask about return and refund and was told I could donate the bras and get 20% of my money back. I told them I wish to return the bras and get a full refund minus shipping and heard nothing back. Called my credit card company, explained the situation and had the charge reversed.

First of all I didn't read the reviews either. I did receive my bras but the worst piece of clothing I have ever bought. They fit horribly. Would not issue a refund. Do not buy!!!

Nothing like they say it is or does.. the Material is the same as what leotards are made of. The Straps are so stretchy. Its lame how they can advertise something that looks promising yet I recieved useless pure crap. Is there some company who regulätes false advertising? This is certainly a false claim business! they laugh all the way to the bank guess I should have.learned with my xray specs, to not buy stuff without trying it first.

I do not buy for myself much as I have a family and they come first.. I needed to get bras and replace some I have. (I am down to 1 bra) I ordered 5-6 bras ranging from 11-16 A PIECE! i ordered on aug 24th 2023 and still have not received it. They are trying to say it delivered but when I click the link for tracking it hasn't even moved so.. be careful out there. I now have to cancel my new bank card I just set up because they now will not refund me. Keep telling me to check with neighbors and postal office and I have and nothing. I'm upset now and have to go out even more money to find something... thanks for nothing.

This product is nothing like what they advertise. Very poor workmanship and quality. The round circles they use in the cups move around and it is so thin that your nipples show through your clothing. The lace corset part is not long enough to attach at the sides and is not wide enough to cover the lower part of your bust. The lace part just wads up under your breast. I have contacted the company 5 times asking for a refund and they will not respond. I also reviewed the product on their website and they removed my review. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The item that was advertised and the item I received were very different size wise, so unable to use it. You can return after much fuss but to a Chinese address so the shipping costs more than the item. I would never order from them again and I would advise anyone not to be fooled by an ad that offers so much less than you get
