Very happy with the results I’m getting. Outstanding support for these terrific products too. I had some difficulty understanding the process of loading into Lightroom and on using the brushes, but David was meticulous in his explanations and all was successfully achieved. Wonderful value.

I had an issue logging into my account, but it was quickly resolved thanks to David from the support team. Great service!

Small problem during installation immediately resolved by support

I made a huge mistake on my order by not putting in the coupon code for a discount. I emailed support. They responded within 1 hour and corrected my mistake. They refunded the over charge immediately. They were very professional and kind. Thanks David!

Kelvin Designs provide excellent, well-designed training guides with very clear, easy to follow explanations.

I had a bit of struggle getting the video but David at Kevin Designs quickly got me on the right path! AND..the video was amazing! Easy to follow. So very excited to take this next step with my photos! THANK YOU!!!

Great customer service; quick resolution, friendly and helpful. Wonderful variety of product and learning material available on kelvindesigns.com. Highly recommended and a big thank you to David for assisting with my account tech issues!

The web show I watched was very educational and insightful. That's what led me to make the purchases I did. However, I never saw nor heard any mention on what versions the downloads work on. I am a novice and work with CS5. I have no plans on upgrading at this time. So my purchases are not compatible. They were very easy to work with in getting a full refund. I absolutely will revisit their offerings if I decide to upgrade my software
