Very informative guides and excellent customer service!

I had a credit card issuer glitch while buying, used a different card to complete the transaction. As happens sometimes with these things when your trying to complete a transaction quickly, both cards charged. Contacted kelvin designs through their site, a couple hours later they notified me of refunds on the card that had the problem during purchase. Good service!!

After creating an account there was a slight hick up, I contacted the site, expecting a reply within a couple of days but I received a reply within an hour, and that was on a Saturday! They solved my little "problem" immediately! Well done, excellent service (thanks David!)

Great tools, easy raw editing!

Kelvin Designs Lightroom Classic Presets turn my photos from good to great! I'm new to using presets and contacted via e-mail, the Support Team for some technical guidance. David was very responsive and quickly provided step-by-step instructions. David knew just what I needed and was polite and courteous. Thank you David!

I have invested a great deal of time and effort into learning Photoshop over the last 2 years. I am happy to say quite a bit of my experience has been through training programs with differing teachers. One of my favorites is definately with Kelvin Pilmont. His teaching is straight forward, easy to follow and very professional, which i like. My learning is excelling everyday and i thank the Kelvin Designs Training Platform, and Kelvin for this. Please keep up the great work in the future. And the customer service people are incredible also.
