Order never came

When my order was late, I contacted the company. They told me my address was wrong and the order had been sent back to the post. I know my own address. The products are very expensive. The company charges the consumer more for shipping than the actual cost of the shipping. My order was returned to the company and I was sent an invoice for an extra $10 to ship it back out to me. So I asked for a refund. This was my first experience with this company and I do not recommend them.

I’m truly sorry your first order with Kejiwa Alchemy didn’t meet your expectations—we always want our customers to feel cared for and supported. I looked into your order and found the package was returned to us because the unit number was missing from the address provided. I understand how frustrating this can be, and my intention is always to resolve shipping issues with care and transparency. In these cases, we only ever ask for the actual reshipping cost—never more. At the time of your order in 2023, we charged a flat shipping rate of $10 for your 50ml Pure ORMEs bottle shipped to Oregon, which reflected our actual costs for tracked, insured delivery. In fact, for many orders, we’ve often covered part of the shipping cost ourselves. Very soon after this, we implemented free shipping on orders over $33—a policy we’ve continued for several years to bless our community and make our offerings as accessible as possible. We're just now raising the free shipping minimum for sustainability reasons. Every Kejiwa product is crafted with the highest-quality ingredients and deep intention, and your feedback is a blessing that helps us improve.
