Called Keg Outlet yesterday to gather some info on Nitro Coffee. Very knowledgeable staff and prompt service on returning phone calls. Solidified my purchase. Looking forward to receiving my items!

Keg Outlet is a great site. They have top notch parts that exceeded my expectation. Customer service was out of this world with quick and often communications.

I'd been looking around for some kegging supplies for a keggerator that I was building. Great selection, great prices! When most merchants are failing in customer support, these guys are amazing. More companies should do business like these guys, I am now a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone.

Prompt replies and shipping. Very satisfied.

Replies to my questions were handled very quickly and accurately. Customer service is second to none. I buy all my home brew supplies from this site because I've experienced 100% satisfaction with the four orders I've placed.

Great selection! Even better customer service. Super fast shipping. Can't say enough good about them.

Received my brewbucket on Friday. Used it immediately that night as a bottling/kegging bucket - I know its primary design is as a fermenter, but the spigot makes it great for racking beer, too. Today I brewed a new batch of beer and its in the bucket now fermenting. It's just easy. Easy to clean and sanitize. Easy to seal with the 4 spring loaded clamps. And easy to move with the handles. After 20 years I am done with glass carboys and siphons! Keg Outlet are great to deal with. Good communication and personal connection with the owners. I also bought a corny keg from them at a very reasonable price and in great condition.
