Keg OutletReviews of kegoutlet.com

The Keg Outlet guys have been exceptional. We are an Australian cold brew company + some time ago were looking for a simple solution to scale up our brew facility. We have since purchased 3x Large SS Brew Vessels and these have changed our business! Brendan Hanson at Keg Outlet has been exceptional helping us with shipping, troubleshooting etc to get our brews bang on. Thanks guys for your support, quick responses and great insights. Cheers from Australia! Aaron + Brendan from Filament Coffee.

Excellent customer service to fix a problem with my order. Fast response, resolution, & shipping to complete my order. Product was just as described & showing on Keg Outlet's website. Very pleased!

Excellent customer service. Great used kegs. Fast safe shipping. Buy with confidence here!

They always answer questions and have some great videos and podcasts to assist.

Great quality stuff for competitive prices and speedy shipping. Enough said...

Pretty good. I like it

I ordered a conical fermenter the unfortunately was not eligible for a 5% discount. The company emailed me an explanation why within a few hours and actually gave me the 5% (which was unnecessary). They are a little difficult to get a hold of on the phone, but I really like supporting small businesses. I received my shipping info within 2 days of placing the order. It is easy to say you give great customer service but it is harder to actually deliver. Keg Outlet does indeed deliver I will order from them again.

Web site and cart work well, I made an error when filling out the cart information they corrected it with no problem order went out without delay!!
