The young man who helped me went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help, at a few pointbi felt really bad,but he was a consummate professional the whole time! And it wasn't just a clear cut fix it was a bit hairy,and he helped the whole way walking me through what I needed to do. As far as my experience with the Gentleman who helped me great customer service, I can't speak for the company on a whole,because this was the first time I needed help,I believe that they have good quality customer service,but that's based on one experience a great experience at that!
