KeepkeyReviews of keepkey.com

I received one of the KeepKey devices and was impressed with the packaging and the ease of use. Very simple to use and get started with.

Excellent quality, exactly as promised. My only request would be an interface which is as easy as the Google Chrome App provided, but doesn't require Google Chrome. Javascript? There is a python interface but it isn't user-friendly. First class product.

It's easy to use for someone who is new to bitcoin like me. Also that keepkey having a 12 words recovery phrase instead of 24 words like the other hardware wallet makes it easier to memorize. In general, it's very satisfactory.

Set-up was fairly simple but was unsure how to transfer bitcoin from Coinbase. Realized the button on the Keepkey transfer screen to the right of the address serves as a copy button. Then able to paste into Coinbase for transfer.

The Keepkey was shipped quickly and packaged so it would be easy to spot if anyone had tampered it. The packaging and device itself are very sleek and sophisticated looking. Setup and instructions are very easy to read and follow. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a hardware wallet. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is the fact that the client is a Chrome app, where my preferred browser is firefox.

Slick product, swift delivery and good communication around shipping etc. UI is easy to use and understand, and has been flawless so far. Hardware is reasonable for the money, a little plastic-y, but given the price point is fair enough. Would like supporting standards to be clearer, but that information is available.

All in all, almost perfect! KeepKey comes in a nice and shiny packaging (in accordance with the pricing). Set-up and initialization comes easy and done within 30 seconds. What I love is the seemless multi-currency support, incl. shapeshift (beta release yet). What I missed so far - More currency support (Monero) - the USB cable / connection could be more "fancy" than a standard micro-usb cable - a nice cover for the keepkey would bee handy as well

I chose to purchase KeepKey primarily to provide the best possible safety from the outset. KeepKey and the packaging itself was aesthetically pleasing, and the installation was done without any problems. A leather case (one for security sentence included) for the hardware itself had given the product five stars.
