Easy to use, nice looking, secure... what else you need from hardware wallet!!!

Noticing that your shipping costs were extremely high overseas, I tried to contact you to increase the number of units in my order which I paid for via bitcoins just the previous day (after it was confirmed, but before it was shipped), so that I could save on the significant shipping charges ($50 on a $99 item!), but I did not get a response and 2 days later I get the confirmation of the shipping completion. ---- UPDATED After this review KeepKeys support contacted me through 2 different means to reach me and refund my shipping costs. Turns out my spam filter got their first mail. They definitely went above the call of duty to make things right.

Ran into an error with a device and spent a couple days (as it's the crypto world and things often go awry, unrelated to what you're dealing with) feeling it out before getting in contact. They were very responsive and go the issue resolved swiftly! A++++

Easy to use and provides a high level of security and comfort not available in software and web-based bitcoin wallets. Keepkey is a "peace of mind" bitcoin wallet. I also found the customer service (re. tracking my delivery to the UK) to be responsive and timely with any questions dealt with quickly, effectively and pleasantly.

I really like this solution for storing bitcoin. The device itself is solid, and features a large screen for confirming bitcoin addresses. It is a nice companion on the table for easy access to receive and send bitcoin. It integrates easily with chrome, making the moving and storing of bitcoin simple. I would recommend it as a higher end solution for bitcoin safe keeping.

The KK wallet is a nice looking e-wallet that is easy/intuitive to use. If one knows how to buy/trade BTC, I am sure they will figure out how to use this e-wallet in a few seconds. For anyone who is looking to hold 1 or 2 BTC just for fun, the KK wallet might be an overkill. Anyone who values their "stack" of BTC and want to keep it offline safely, might find the form factor and it's security features better. I'd like to think of it as the Hummer, it's a little showy and not for everyone. You know who you are and why you'd need one.
