Great for storing Cryptocoins. I've stored Bitcoin and Dash with no problems and the pincode solution is a clever one. I hope the KeepKey team will continue make this even better but as it is now, it is GREAT with big letters. * Great screen * Great setup and easy 2 use * Many big coins can be stored and saved. * Great price and fast delivery What I hope for future: More coins, like Monero for example, should come and be able storing on KeepKey device. Thats my only concern for now. Thanks for this product

I had several minor hiccups on my first transaction with bitcoin and multibit and my anxiety was on high being a first timer dealing with a fair chunk of money... Having this support really helped to ease that anxiety over the relatively simple issues i was having. My Help, Charles, was very understanding and incredibly helpful. Great service.

This is my first foray into the Bitcoin world so a somewhat apprehensive start, however youtube and the Keepkey website keep me sufficiently educated to provide me the confidence to go forward. The keepkey notification of arrival appeared within a few days of ordering however the £33 import tax and duties required by DHL delayed delivery and was an unexpected obstacle. The keepkey arrived well packaged and intact, installation and initialisation was a straight forward exercise (having already watched the online instruction videos) the purchase of bitcoin a somewhat cumbersome experience but manageable with common sence. So far so good, I just need bitcoin to go up in value now.

The cool factor is way up there on this unit. Well designed and beautifully executed: and most of all for me (I'm 66) - easy to use. A very good buy given the fantastic utility and value.
