However, after reviewing our customer and project records, including our CRM, email correspondence, and project records, we have been unable to identify a customer relationship or transaction matching the details described in your review. In particular, we cannot locate a record of a $1,299 payment made on June 12, 2026, or a corresponding publishing project under your name.
