I'm writing this review after reading some negative reviews posted here. I've had many experiences with Kay Wholesale Deals and I can confirm that they are legitimate, honest, and trustworthy. I wouldn't conduct business with them if I thought otherwise, and I just placed another order today 7/1/2024.

It is a serious company, delivery on time, has good products with excellent prices. The service is fast. I've been buying from them for a long time and I'm very satisfied. I recommend.

I placed an order with them through Payoneer and was told it would ship right away and be delivered in 2 days. after 2 days when i asked for the tracking i was told that it did not ship because Payment put the funds on hold since Payoneer wants them to show proof of delivery. when I asked why not deliver it i was told that it was against 'Company Policy' and was told to make a charge back and a new payment to another account (Sounds Legit, Ha?) After talking to Payoneer, they told me that it was a lie and the funds had been released right after the payment I made and there was no hold; when I confronted them, they started talking about the fact that I am new to Payoneer while they already have a five-year account, whatever that is supposed to mean) I opened a dispute with my bank and hope it will be resolved soon. So far, this whole experience sounds very shady.
