Phenomenal customer service
I own a few fragrances from Kayli and have purchased multiple sample. Even the samples that aren’t for me still smell amazing! Recently I made an order and the atomizer stopped working after a few weeks which is not normal, I have 1yr +bottles that work perfectly so this was an absolute fluke and they were very quick with a resolution! I will continue to purchase as many beautiful scents from them as I can!!!
