Excellent customer service!
I would like to compliment their customer service team for being prompt, polite, helpful, and kind! I recently made my first purchase directly from the company website. (I've purchased kayali only from Sephora before.) My items arrived well packaged with care. Unfortunately, one of the mini perfumes I ordered did not spray correctly: the atomizer was broken in some form. I reached out to customer service and was contacted very promptly. They worked with me to see if it was a fixable problem, and were prompt to respond every time. They ultimately determined that it was not fixable and sent out a replacement. It was a fast and helpful interaction, 5 stars to the customer service team! As far as their products, also 5 stars. Beautiful bottles, beautiful scents, long lasting... kayali is one of the only perfume brands that don't give me a headache. This brand knows how to make the perfume a full experience from the gorgeous bottles to the complex fragrances. LOVE. Side note: if you try a sample set, give a spray and then wait several days and try again. The scents are much richer after they sit a bit!
