I just love every KayAli scent, The only thing that disappointed me was the pistachio body spray, doesn't last at all ! I would only buy the perfume, any and all, without even smelling them first !

I love the perfume. The packaging was on point wrapped in ribbon and also the cute little pouch that was sent with it. I will be purchasing this perfume again.

Used the free perfume case bag charm for one of my perfumes, first use it snapped and I lost the perfume but was able to get a replacement easily from the Kayali customer service team. Very pleased with their service and help as well as the scents of the perfumes I purchased.

I got the Eden Pear 10ml but the atomizer was damaged and I reached out to customer service and they were able to refund it quickly. I also had another issue that took a little longer to resolved, but they were able to help me. I will always be purchasing Kayali, I love Mona's product!!
