KatootsieReviews of katootsie.fun

Love the game, though the packaging came a bit damaged.

I am very happy with this purchase! It’s such a fun family game and easy to transport. Anyone can play! The owner also sent along a Katootsie sticker and it arrived before the predicted shipping date. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because my game box arrived torn along the bottom seam of the box which is a bummer. It was packaged in bubble wrap, so my guess is the tear happened before shipping and just wasn’t caught before it was sent off. Still, I highly recommend this purchase. :)

Your website did not take my home address, just the street name. I emailed to the address listed in the invoice, but I got an error message. Something that the address does not exist. Mr. Angelo emailed me directly a day after the transaction to confirm my address. I hope I receive Katootsie on Time.

The game itself is great! My family and I play it every weekend and have a great time. I would suggest a clear line of communication. Once I placed my order I never received a follow up of when I would be receive my package or if it was shipped. I tried contacting the email on the website and it bounced back. No way for me to get a hold of anyone. My package arrived a little outside of the 5-10 business days. No big deal, but it would’ve been nice to know if it was on the way so I can be on the lookout for the package. Game was nicely packaged and it had a nice personalized note. Overall love it!!
