Didn’t like the hat I purchased. Tried to return it and they make it difficult to find the right choices to get a normal refund. And then once I got to the refund, they want to charge me fees to return it. I’m already not getting the shipping fee back for this purchase, now I have to pay the fee to return it. What a waste of money

I’m getting a little fed up with this company. I ordered shorts from Katin USA in Compton. Your order #381900 for a Patio Short on 11/26/25 and have not heard one word on this order but, you can bet they took my money on that day! They have a pre-recorded phone number on their website that is unmanned. It tells you to call the same number only change the last four numbers to 0003. That number says it has been disconnected. I’ve now written several emails and they are going nowhere as well. DO NOT BUY from this store, I guess if I don’t hear yet again with my most recent email, I’ll have to take this up with my credit card!
