KatalystReviews of katalyst.com

Katalyst offers a fantastic product and has great support as well. The entire process from purchase to delivery and first use was extremely smooth. I was able to get up and running with no assistance from anyone at Katalyst - it was that easy. Even when I had a few questions later, they were quick to jump on a Zoom call. Regarding the product - I'm 50, so I've been working out (on and off) for 37 years. I am still a competitive athlete, yet family and work cut into my personal time. I'm constantly trying to find time to take care of my body. Katalyst offers a very convenient 20 minute workout, which you can do every other day Since starting, I haven't even gone back to my other workout routines. This is the strongest I've ever been (and felt...and looked) in my life! I recently moved into a condo, and did it myself, including lugging a king mattress with no help. That would have thrown out my back and made me exhausted in the past...but my muscles have so much more strength and endurance than they used to - I knocked it out and moved right on to the next thing. My muscles are engaged and firing all day long. I've never felt anything like this in my life. If you are on the fence, give it a try! I almost never write reviews, and rarely this glowing. I am that impressed. I struggled with making the purchase decision for a month, and searched for reviews that spoke to me. I hope this one helps others...because now I am sad that I wasted a month contemplating!

I am a big fan of Katalyst! I have used it for two and a half years. I typically do one Katalyst workout per week. I use it to supplement my other workouts and feel that it is my best play for muscle definition. I highly recommend it!

I love working out in the gym. With a toddler and a busy career, I do not have the time. With Katalyst I can get the same or better results with only at most an hour a week (for my body).

I started doing ems training with the goal of building more strength allowing me to grow as a fitness instructor. My first 6 months of ems training was at a local facility they allowed for in person training. When I first saw the ad in October of 2021 for katylyst online I knew I had to try it as having the ability to do these workouts at home on my own schedule would be really convenient. I was at first a little worried that maybe it would be less effective than the location I had previously been going to but was quickly proven wrong. The entire katylyst system is amazing with an incredible variety of class options to meet whatever your goal is! Ontop of an amazing product they also have outstanding customer service, I did have 1 issue with the product and they got back to me immediately and replaced it within a week. I have since encouraged multiple students, friends, and my husband to purchase the suit. They all have had positive experiences as well. I truly cannot recommend katalyst enough! Myself and all others I know who have tried the suit have had nothing but positive experiences!

The product is great, the app is getting better. I use it twice a week and it compliments perfectly with my other workouts keeping my joints healthy. the set up is the reason I didn't give it a 5 star, takes 15 minutes.

Superior Work out! I'm almost 60 years old and have been working out hard with trainers for over 30 years. Katalyst has given me absolutely the best results in a much shorter time.

Great product, great service! Even a 69 year old man can see huge muscle gains in just 2 or 3 sessions per week. Website provides clear guidance and prompt responses. Recently reported a defect in the material in a lower base layer that was promptly replaced. The guided workouts are amazing and customizable. Honestly the best workout experience imaginable!

I have been using the Katalyst suit since Nov 2022 and now have logged in 490 workouts. I have been extremely impressed with the quality and intensity of the work out. No more casual looking at my phone every few minutes and much more focused and intentional sessions. I will do 2-3 workouts back to back to get a full hour of a combination of power, strength, yoga or abdomen. I have seen my body transform from a fit 55 year old to one that has a six pack and looks more easily 15 years younger. My wife is laughing. Kudos to Katalyst!!!
