First, I wish to say that I have several KK rod/reel combos and I love them. So, I ordered their rotating rod storage stand and it came with a part missing and I could not complete the build without the part. I contacted their service team and explained my situation and they had me take photos of what was delivered so they could determine exactly what to send me. Instead of mailing me the one small part, I received a whole new rod stand. I was pretty surprised at this and very appreciative too, they went way beyond what I was asking for. So now I have a great rod stand that I am very pleased with and am also very pleased with the customer service. Overall this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company's customer service....top notch!!

I ordered the tournament bag through Amazon. Had the bag at my door in 2 days. This is the first bag that hasn’t leaked in the corners. Well made.

I bought have several kastking products and always been pleased I bought a catfish rod and the tip eye insert came out. I read the warranty info and it says they charge 20$ handling fee and shipping. That would be more than half the rod price. So. I sent them a email about my troubles and they sent me a refund with no problem. Very happy with customer service. I had previously written a bad review I should have waited because it only took a few days for them to take care of it.

Awesome customer service I called today to ask about musky rods and live bait runner reels and I talked to a captain I think captain broadband or something but he runs sea charters and he gave me so much information about good things about which rod which reel to use and which line is good and bad to use. He was very honest about their own products. Highly recommend this company they actually care. Ethan H

Customer Service is awesome! Responded fast and fixed my issue. Had a rod arrive broken in half during shipment and they sent me a new one within 2 days. That is great customer service! I kept the broken one for spare parts in case I snap a tip or something....

Bought three of their long sleeve fishing shirts. Love the colors, the price is great, and best of all they come in a fishing tackle bag, which i am now using for some of my soft plastices.
