They pay closer attention to client needs, offer better products, and take a far less sales-driven approach. We’ve had a particularly great experience with our account manager, Jasper Drummen. He genuinely makes time for us and understands our business.

For example, my Kaseya account manager is always there for me. Is easy to reach. Helps me get in touch with the right people faster. But also keeps me informed of new developments, such as the roadmap.
