little expensive

Karmaloop use to be the best. I don't know what happened within the last year but customer service is horrible. Orders that I have placed take too long to get shipped out. It shouldn't take two weeks to one month for it to get shipped. I returned an item to a vendor for an exchange and still have not received the new item yet. And just today an order that I paid for over two weeks ago and hasn't been shipped yet so I called customer service and they tell me over the phone the order has been cancelled. Really! I checked the Karmaloop site and the item appears to still be in stock. I'm done. Karmaloop just lost a very good customer, and I will be telling my peers to stay away from Karmaloop.

Honestly this company must be going through hard times. I bought a 30$ pair of jeans which in the photo looked like a nice pair of black jeans. they ended up sending me a pair of black jeans with more holes than swiss cheese. Looked like someone shot the pair of jeans with a machine gun. The extremely rude saleswoman i contacted refused to give my money back because they were on sale, even when their online photo didnt depict what I bought. Called again to get a different rep, who saw the note in the system about me and was even MORE rude than the first person. NEVER BUY WITH KARMALOOP. They refused to give my money back and only offered a store credit, which is totally unacceptable.

This is my second order, I do not know if the items ordered will be delivered. In my first order one of my items was never delivered, however I was given a credit. I await to see the outcome of this order

Efficient and Customer friendly I bought 3 articles of clothing but they were sent individually due to Karmaloop was efficient with the delivery of the package as well as informing me of what's going on with the packages. Great experience.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I ordered a winter hat/beanie. I didn't get a shipping notification for 2 weeks. I had to call Karmaloop twice. They were rude each time. Then 2 weeks after it shipped and I never received it, I saw it was stuck at the post office. My address and everything on my end was correct. I called Karmaloop again and they said I had to call the post office and work it out. I canceled my order. I had to call twice to finally get the refund to go through. They were rude each time.
