Disorganized and list items on their website that are not available. Ordered a hoodie as a birthday gift for our son. We knew it would be late however after 10 days of no communication from Karmaloop I followed up with them and got voicemail. During normal business hours, strange. I received a followed email saying to check back one day later as it has not been 10 business since I placed the order. Called a few days later all to find out they had cancelled the order because it is not in stock and no notice was sent to notify us of the cancellation. Just really poor form.
