Excellent customer service and always speedy shipping. I especially love the hand written thank you notes included in the packaging.

Wonderful customer service. If you contact the team with a question, a live person gets back to you, via phone or email -- however you request. And orders are shipped quickly (usually a day in my experience) so one does not have to wait long for it.

Tracy
First of all, I love how my skin looks and feels since using the skin care products. It is a new practice for me to use a cleansing oil and not lather up to clean my face. I left the harsh regimen of glycolic and retinal and I love the results. I have reordered so I am obviously hooked. The lip balms have now replaced my previous brands of lip treatments and colors. What a great company!!

Wow Tracy, what a generous review! Not much better than to hear that a customer just loves her skin, so thank you for taking the time to write us. We appreciate it. --Lisa
