The customer service is fantastic but product, not so much
The customer service is fantastic and I appreciate them handling an issue I had with an order. I received a lip color that was rancid... they replaced it free of charge however the second lip color I got still had a bad smell to it, although better than the first one. It’s supposed to be peppermint but there’s zero mint to it and it has the taste/smell of some sort of wax. It truly smells cheap & like a sub-par drug store lipstick. This will prevent me from buying future products. :( Its a shame because I really wanted to love this company!

The lip balm is amazing
The lip balm is amazing. I wished I would have had this product in the beginning of winter! My lips are so soft now. Looking into their other products.

I like the lip whip
I love the lip whip, but I was expecting it to be a little more moisturizing. I just put my lip saver on under the lip whip and it's great.

Love the lip whip except it needs an applicator of some sort!
I love the lip whip but wish there was a better way to apply it other than my finger which is not very precise. They should provide some type of applicator for this product based on the price. Otherwise, I do love the color and feel of this product on my lips.

Hi Susan. Thanks for your honest feedback. We did a combo product with a lip brush a long time ago and hardly anyone purchased it! We thought it would be so popular, so that is why we let our customers use their own brushes or clean fingertip. We may be bringing a brush back in the future, so stay tuned! --Lisa

One of the best lip balms I've tried.
I really love the lip balm. It is smooth and stays on. It is not greasy or sticky.Love the slight peppermint taste. 4 stars only because I would prefer to put on with an applicator rather than finger. Anyway this would be put into a tube in the future?

Ahhh the dilemma of the tube. Kari is a maniac about keeping toxins out of the product, so unfortuantely we cannot use the tubes as they are made from plastic and plastic can leach into the product. In this case, convenience loses out. Some women use an applicator brush instead of their fingertip. Thanks for your feedback--we appreciate it! --Lisa

;) Great Texture
So I love the slightly tinted one I got but I asked it I could get a different color for the combo and was told no. Does make sense to me. I wish the cinnamon was stronger.

I'm glad you liked the texture, but sorry you wish the cinnamon was stronger. It's hard to find the right balance to please everyone, so please reach out to me if you would like a refund or to try Peppermint. And the reason we are limited in the colors available in the duo is that they are pre-packaged after they are made. We will have other combos in the future.
