I am giving three stars because I do …
I am giving three stars because I do like the texture of the lip whip but it is supposed to have a tiny of color to it, and unfortunately it does not. I wanted a slight hint of color but it goes on clear which left me disappointed.

Wow Ashley, so sorry you are disappointed--that rarely happens with our little whips! Why don't you send me an email and we can refund your money or send you a whip with more color. [email protected] --Lisa

Smell of lavender a little bit too …
Smell of lavender a little bit too strong for me. Not enough serum to tell if I like it

Nice, but the color does not stay long.
The color does not stay on and tends to bleed off your lips. It feels nice though. I like the peppermint gloss.

Feels great but way too expensive
I love using this it feels like a spa everynight a little time consuming bu i like it. The problem is my acne is getting worse and i dont know if my skins just not used to it yet its been about 3 months but maybe its just not for me. And the worst part is its just insanely expensive i mean its a bunch of oils. its way way too expensive

Danielle, it sounds like our line may not be working for you. Three months is way to long to keep using something that isn't giving you good results. Please contact me at [email protected] and we will process a full refund for you. As for the cost, I too wish we could be even more affordable, but we only use the highest quality ingredients and pay our production staff a living wage, so it all adds up! Thanks for your honest feedback. We appreciate it and I look forward to your email. --Lisa

Good quality but wasn't for me
was a good quality product. Wonderful smell and felt amazing on my skin. But it did not completely clear my skin of acne the way I had hoped.

Damn acne. I hate it and wish we had the cure. Thanks for giving us a try and good luck with your skin. I keep thinking I'll grow out of my acne before I turn 60! Thanks for writing us. --Lisa

Disappointed
You shrunk your product size on the essential oil by so much that it eroded your value proposition and offended me as a customer. There are too many hi quality options for your customers (I was a loyal one) to use instead. Now you're asking me to pay so much more per ounce than I used to. Regrettably, I won't be purchasing this product again.

I'm really sorry you feel that way Jessie, and I hope you contacted us for a refund. Honestly we have not reduced the product size at all. We are offering a new, much larger size of the essential serum, which actually makes it a better value, ounce for ounce. And when you bundle it as a system, the price goes down even more for the best value we offer. --Lisa

trial package
I have been committed to making these products work, I believe in using pure products. It has been difficult to mix the correct color, so everyday I feel like a mixologist, and spend a lot of time trying to get it right. Also, living in the Southwest, the foundation is too drying alone without the oil and too cakey with the oil. I encouraged my Mom to purchase a trial package too and she did. She also lives in the Southwest, felt the same and gave her set to me, so I have now worked through two sets. I love the idea of these products, the packaging is adorable, the brushes are PERFECTION! I just can't get the foundation to work right for me in this climate. If I were still in the Northwest, I think it may not be such a challenge with the wonderful moist marine air.

Probably OK for some skin types
Not the best for my skin. I seemed to end up with clogged pores after using this for a few weeks so I discontinued. Packaging was great, customer service was great. Just not the right product for me.
