Application problem
Color very pretty but I didn’t like sticking my finger in the pot and then having to wash to get the residue off my finger.

Laurie, seems that when we offered a lip brush, not many customers took us up on it, so we went with the majority and eliminated the brush. I do know that many customers use their own lip brush with our whips. If you're just unhappy all together, please send me an email and we refund your purchase. Thanks for reaching out. Nice texture!
Nice texture, feels good on lips, color is barely visible...only downside

Lois it sounds like you might not be entirely happy. Some of our whips have just a hint of color and others are more buildable and of course it all depends on how much color you naturally have on your lips. Issues:
Issues: 1. Do not like the smell of the Rose. I also don't like lavender so i thought the Rose would at least be better. Need to offer a non-odor product. 2. the oil factor. I can at least wash off the cleanser. BUT even using 2 drops of the serum mixed with the tonic i have oily skin. It gets on my phone and my pillow. I wait a long time before i go to bed so that i'm not rubbing it off on the pillow. I went to my chiropractor and was so embarrassed leaving all that oil on the paper from my face lying on it. I'm not dripping oil by no means.

Mediocre experience
Decent shipping time. Not impressed with the product. I was expecting more pigment in the lip whips. I ended up giving them to my tweens.
