Each time I order from them I receive the order in a timely manner and always a kind handwritten thank you note on the receipt. It's the little things that make me love this company!

Placing and receiving orders could not be easier! It is such a pleasure to order from a small company and know that my order is hand processed and appreciated! It means a lot to me that someone hand writes a thank you on the packing slip. It is often from Kari or Lisa, so I know that they are in touch with their business.

Yep, that is certainly us in the shipping room when it's all hands on deck! Thanks for the kind and generous words Leslee, we really appreciate it. --Lisa

I have been purchasing the lip whip since they first were available in the little black glass pots at Sephora. What a wonderful product for my lips! I am a customer for life.

Kari Gran skin care products are the best I’ve used. The cleansing oil works great with or without my Clarisonic and leaves my face feeling clean and hydrated. It even removes my eye makeup. I love the rose hydrating tonic with the essential serum. I tend to need a bit more essential serum in winter months than in summer months, so I really love that the two products are separate, enabling me to use just what I need each day.

Crazy to write this but I have been using Kari Gran skin care products for FIVE years now. My skin looks great (super hydrated) and I love the way it feels. The cleansing oil is such a spa-like experience at the end of a long day!
