After ordering a lipwhip that was way too bright, the company sent out a complimentary lipwhip in a more appropriate shade, simply to help me have a positive experience. When describing my skin tone and dry skin challenges, they actually connected me to Kari, herself, who spent some time describing some of the products for me! So rare! The lipwhip product is lush and moisturizing. Marsala is perfect for olive complexions.
