I tried travel size. They are really relaxing. It removes all my makeup (good good) and gives good hydration. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was serum's scents ( reminds me my grandma's perfume). I don't like the scents, but my skin likes it. So I will keep using it. And lip whip is my favorite. Once I finish my bottles, I definitely repurchase their lines.

Hani we're so glad your skin likes the hydration and thanks for letting us know. I looked up your order and see that you ordered a starter kit with our Rose scented tonic. I'm going to send you a sample of our Lavender Tonic to try for a different scent profile. Mix it with the serum and I think your nose will like it too!
Let us know if you like it and thanks again. --Lisa

Simplified and Classy Beauty Regime
I ordered the starter kit featuring travel size cleansing oil, hydrating tonic (rose), essential serum, and an assortment of mineral makeup products. The packaging is what sold me on the product line when I opened my surprise box and saw the cute, earthy pillow boxes with ribbon, and classy black labels. There was a personlallized note waiting for me inside. The foundation came in the form of samples so I was able to try all shades to find the one that worked for me. I picked the one that was too dark and yellow based, but that was my choice so I lived with it. The mineral makeup was good; smooth, silky coverages. The blush was a tad too bright; needs to be muted a bit. The good news is that it goes on very light so it doesn't look that way on the skin. The sandalwood shadow works nice also, but I would like to see it in a taupe shade. Shadow sometimes appears too orange. MIx it in with a little grey and it tones it down and looks good with blue eyes. This is the first time I tried Ecotools and I was impressed. So much so that I went out and bought more brushes from the line. They are affordable, synthetic and stylish. I ordered two of the Lip Whips in Naughty and Nice. These are lightweight, minty and just what your lips need for a bit of pick-me-up without looking made up. The three system skin care is simple and classic. It did the job it was supposed to do, nothing more and nothing less. I liked the tip of mixing the serum with the tonic for a light moisturizer. The serum smelled like something I experienced before. Then I realized it smelled reminiscent of stargazer lilies. It's not strong and dissipates after a while. I would like to see a bit more ingenuity in the packaging of the mineral makeup. It needs to be branded so it doesn't look generic. Also, it was very messy so closures that keep the minerals from getting out from under the lids would be nice.

First off, thank you so much for writing such a detailed review. We appreciate your thoughts and the time it took to write them up. We're delighted you like the brushes as we love them too. And still can't believe how inexpensive, durable and long lasting too. Thanks for all the specific makeup feedback, I will pass it along to Kari. I do know that the packaging of minerals is really tricky as they are so messy. Thanks again! --Lisa

Wonderful skin care and makeup; a little expensive
Amazing skin care products for aging skin, but the essential oil is pricey. Mineral makeup is wonderful, and pricing seems ok. Brand is a great fit for me. I recommend Kari Gran to friends all the time and give the travel sets as gifts.

Those organic and non-GMO oils are pricey--kinda like those musty truffles everyone seems to love! Thanks for weighing in with your thoughts. --Lisa

Great product!
Kari Gran Cleansing Oil is terrific! It smells great and feel so good when massaged on skin. I don't wear makeup except lipstick, but it cleanses well and leaves my skin moisturized.

It's still early
But so far I am happy. I have dry skin and rosacea so I am careful about what I put on it. I wanted something oil based and all natural. My skin is definitely softer than it has been recently and it appears to be a bit calmer.
I don't like the Rose scent of the toner, but I just don't like Rose scent (and I don't like lavender either, so I am difficult). I don't believe the scent is a reflection on the product itself. I hope at some point they can expand the line to unscented, or something uplifting.
The shipping was super prompt.

Thanks for your honest feedback. Point noted about the scent profiles. Here's hoping you see improvement in your rosacea. ---Lisa
