Kari Gran not only makes quality skincare but the customer service was bar none. The Lip Whip was my favorite product as well as the Oil Cleanser and the products made me look forward to washing my face. I love that the Lip Whip comes in colors and different scents. Buy from Kari Gran, you won't be sorry!

I really like her product but I did find my pores did clog a lot. Not sure if it was the oils but it did make my skin very soft.

The whip made my lips feel wonderful and lasted several hours. I just wished the color was a little more intense. Great product and will be getting more as gifts.

Stephanie--wait til you see our new color coming out next month. It's an intense red, named after my youngest daughter, Suji. We call it Suji Red! Thanks again for writing in. --Lisa

Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of the Kari Gran makeup I've ordered. I wish the color swatches online were a little more accurate. The #2 I ordered was a gray tone instead of pink tone, which is just not an attractive tone/didn't match. The coverage is great, I applied it with serum because I have medium-dry skin. That was a good combination for my skin type. The lip balm is GREAT…the colors are fun, and the moisture it gives is better than anything I can compare it to.

We hear you--picking online colors just doesn't work, so that is why we offer the foundation sample kit, so you can accurate match your color. We also got your request for a refund on the foundation and have already processed it, so you should see it on your credit card. Glad you liked Jolene! Thanks for letting us know. --Lisa

I ordered the sample sizes first and have now moved on to larger versions. I've been using the system for about a month and really like it. My skin looks and feels better and I love that I can understand exactly what is in the product! I also like the product of creating my own fresh moisturizer every day. :-)

Just doesn't seem like too much to ask to be able to understand exactly what is in a product, now does it? We love daily fresh moisturizer too! Thanks for letting us know! --Lisa

I love the lip whip. I like the serum & makeup minerals. I didn't like the hydrating tonic. I felt dryer after using it.

Gee I'm sorry you found the hydrating tonic drying--clearly, we're not shooting for that! If you would email me and let me know what scent profile you ordered, I would be happy to send you another to try, or just give you a full refund. We want you to be happy, so just let me know.
