Pricey but good products for the most part
I love the products but for the amount in each bottle it is pricey. Also, wish they had travel friendly bottles. vs. glass.

I love the fragrances !
I love the fragrances of the cleanser, toner and serum. The SPF 28 day cream smells a bit off and I don't use it.

Love the foundation sampler and customer service
Love the foundation sampler, I found my perfect shade and have been mixing it w oil or moisturizer, it is perfect also love the lip whip, which I have in shimmer and currant. I look polished, not like I'm wearing makeup and it's comfortable. But nearly as important, I am very happy to report that Kari Gran has a fair and sane return policy. The setting powder was a little to reflective/shimmery for me. They gave me a credit right away. Friends forever.

I absolutely love the concealer
I absolutely love the concealer, it is the best. When I open it and saw it was a powder I thought no, this isn't going to work but it is fantastic!! I would give it 5 stars. The lip balm is very good and maybe once I have had time to use it longer i would give it 5 stars.

I love the products
I love the products. I love the skincare ritual and all the lip whips. I've had great customer service ordering directly from the website. I did order from amazon and received an empty cleanser. I would recommend ordering directly.

Oh no! An empty cleanser is not good. I hope you have contacted us directly, so we can make it right for you. Those dark mirror glass bottles can occasionally slip by as looking filled when they are not--I guess that's just proof our products are really hand made. Not the fault of Amazon, just human error.
