KPA Didnt seem legitimate
Didnt seem legitimate, and a circle game. For an "interview" after paying application fees, a woman calls from a blocked number. She is supposedly on a different time zone, but expects the interVIEWED to adjust, and not miss...a blocked number! NO response to emails sent to get a hold of her, and there is NO direct phone numbers in any communications so one must do a Search. You have 8-9 minutes to answer again whether you hear the phone or not, and answer a cryptic call to begin with. Our ringer didn't work so there you go. They might be CST but don't look at your time zone. How can you call them back? This system is pointless, and a waste of one's dedication. There are no live reps via any of their extensions. In fact the female voice on the KPA system is just like an AI that's popular, even sounding like AT&T or the power companies. Really disappointed but due to sketchiness and red flags, this wouldn't end in an earnest student's success. Most don't like leaving voicemails on unknown recorders anyway, this school comes off not real at all. A school director or rep should not have a VOIP, again, no one is reachable at any extension, and the response time is 2-3 days.

Hi Archer, Thank you for the feedback. We're a small company, and Annie handles all our applications and interviews herself, so there isn't a call center or menu of extensions to navigate. She was using her personal cell phone with VoIP for interview calls, which is why they could appear blocked or restricted. That's admittedly not a great system, so we've since switched her over to Google Voice and Zoom Voice, which show a proper number and let applicants call back directly. We've also reached out to you by email to go over what happened on our end. We hope you find the right program for you.
