DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your money!! I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email. The money (over $100) was debited from my account but did not receive my items. I’ll probably never get my money back. They have time to post on instagram but no time to respond to customer emails. Total scam! Do not trust!!

I should have read the reviews, please do not order, poor customer service and they do not provide a tracking number. They also do not respond to emails and have limited their comments on IG because they know they are terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER! You will regret it! I got my money back!

I purchased a $330 lamp from Karen Jai Home. It took months to arrive and once it finally did, it was in a beat up box and had clearly been shipped from overseas. The quality could be best described as a flea market find valued at about $30. It was cheaply made and the picture and description were very misleading. I tried numerous times to reach the company. They never answer the phone or call back. Finally I initiated a return via email and they gave me an incomplete address. I eventually got the right address after stalking them and shipped the sad little lamp back at which point they would only offer a store credit as there are no returns. I disputed through my credit card and resolved the issue through them as I no longer had time to go back and forth with these people. Buyer beware...

Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a vase they passed as a luxury item which really was just a drop ship counterfeit item from china. Then refused to refund the item and harassed me via phone and sent me a racist email. Avoid this company at all costs.

Heather contacted us via email saying that she purchased a GIFT for her ROOMMATE from our store. The order was sent directly to her, not her roommate. Heather opened the order, repackaged the order and gave the order to her roommate as a gift. Heather THEN contacted our store and asked for a PARTIAL refund because although she had given the gift to her roommate, she was dissatisfied with the order. We offered Heather a full refund if she returned the item. She with snarky remarks reminded us that she had already given the order as a gift. Heather then went on our social media pages and spammed our follower comments telling others not to shop with us. We understand that the pandemic is challenging for many. Especially those living in small spaces with roommates, however, we offered resolve for Heather and she elected not to take it. We're thrilled that her roommate is enjoying the item and hope that Heather is able to find healthier ways to express her upset.
