Its untrustworthy
Its untrustworthy, I can have two readings exactly the same and get 2 different diagnosis. If you pay them it works a little better but it seems its all about $$$$. Not the health of their customers.

Got my device for Christmas
Got my device for Christmas. Finally got the free time today - 5 weeks later - to boot it up. First use "battery level too low for a reading". So now I have to go to the drugstore to get a special coin-size battery and since the tiny screws on the battery case require a PHOO Phillips screwdriver, I have to find/buy one of those too. I won't be signing up for the monthly plan.

Planned Obsolescence
This device now shows interference no matter where it is used to take a reading. Clear evidence of planned obsolescence.
